Introduction[]
This is a step by step guide aiding the process of successfully applying for an activity from the Event Management System.
Prerequisites[]
In order to apply for an activity you must have a volunteer or sprout account.
Step by Step Guide[]
There are two ways of registering an activity:
- From the 'Volunteer' Page, select an event that you want to register from the event table.
- Click the view details button on the events list table.
- Pick an activity from the activities table
- Click the view details button.
- Click the Register button if you want to apply for the activity
- Click OK on the pop up prompt
- Type in your availabilities and notes (This is very important, it is what event managers mainly take into account)
- Click the submit button
- Your request is sent and you can check latest the status under the dashboard tap.
